National Quorma Recipe Mix is a combination of a superb meat in yogurt gravy. It is specially made by a panel of experts, using aromatic spices and the finest ingredients in exactly the right measure, enabling you to cook meals with ease.

Ingredients:

1. Red Chilli

2. Salt

3. Coriander

4. Cumin Seed

5. Turmeric

6. Ginger

7. Cardamom

8. Black Pepper

9. Clove

10. Cinnamon

11. Mace

12. Nutmeg

13. Bay Leaf

14. Lactic Acid

15. Monosodium Glutamate

Steps of Cooking:

1. Heat the oil, fry onions till golden brown, take out and spread on paper then crush.

2. Add meat, ginger and garlic paste, stirring frequently on medium heat till the water dries.

3. Add National Quorma Recipe Mix and yogurt.

4. Reduce heat and cook until the meat is tender.

5. Add 3 cups of water for mutton and beef. (In case of chicken, add 1 cup of water).

6. Add crushed onions and simmer for 5 minutes or until the oil separates from the gravy.

7. Serve: Delicious Quorma is ready. Garnish with ginger julienne, serve with naan or taftan.
