National Chicken Tandoori Recipe Mix Barbeque is specially made by a panel of experts, using aromatic spices and the finest ingredients in exactly the right measure. It will enable you to cook delicious meals with ease that you and your loved ones can relish each day.

Ingredients:

1. Red Chilli

2. Salt

3. Black Pepper

4. Cumin Seed

5. Corn Starch

6. Citric Acid

7. Turmeric

8. Allura Red

9. Tartrazine Yellow

Steps of Cooking:

1. Make shallow cuts on chicken pieces and dip in vinegar for 30 minutes.

2. Take out chicken from vinegar. Mix all the ingrdients (except oil) and marinate for 2 hours.

3. Grease oven tray and arrange chicken pieces.

4. With the help of a brush apply oil on chicken pieces and bake for 35-40 minutes on 180 C.

5. When chicken is roasted turn it on the grill for 5 minutes.

6. In case an oven is not available, arrange chicken in a heavy based pan and cook on low heat until the meat is tender and water evaporates.

7. Give smoke of burning charcoal in the end.

8. Delicious National Chicken Tandoori is ready. Serve with chapati or naan.
