Ingredients:

1. Salt

2. Red Chilli

3. Cumin Seed

4. Black Pepper

5. Nutmeg

6. Coriander

7. Pomegranate Seed

8. Citric Acid

9. Mace

10. Corn Starch

11. Hairy Cucumber

12. Mango Powder

13. Black Salt

14. Monosodium Glutamate

Steps of Cooking:

1. Add National Seekh Kabab Recipe Mix, onion, butter (Use butter if fat is not being used), green chillies, ginger paste and garlic paste to minced meat.

2. Mix well and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.

3. BBQ Arrange the kababs on skewers and grill on low charcoal/gas fire or in an oven.

4. Do not let the kababs get too red.

5. Serve: Delicious Seekh Kabab is ready. Serve with salad and chutney.
